  • If a tutor does not show up on the time given to them, we kindly ask you to reach out to our email so we can solve the issue internally and improve your experience.

  • Our intense interview process ensures that every tutor that we endorse is up to and capable of maintaining our high standard. If a tutor doesn’t demonstrate what is expected of them, they will be required to step down from their position, ensuring our customers have the best experience possible.

  • Our service is completely free to anyone who needs it, no strings attached.

  • We structure our scheduled tutoring sessions to be 1 hour long with the tutor that is assigned to you. If you require additional assistance outside of that, we have Drop-In sessions every week in which you can ask for help at any time during the scheduled times.

  • We do not require you to install any software before your tutoring session but we will require you in some instances to go to another website in order to enhance your experience.

  • You can use the service as many times as you require. We are here to help as much as we can.
